Due to increased activities EIFFAGE Norge is looking for a Land Surveyor for the E18 project. We are seeking a candidate that are engaged, proactive and has a "can do" attitude.
Responsibilities and duties
- Perform field surveys and collect accurate data for the project
- Interpret survey data and prepare maps, plans, and reports
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate survey data
- Monitor and report survey progress to the Survey Team Lead
- Ensure compliance with Norwegian regulations and project requirements
- Carrying out surveying work: road, bridge, tunnel...
- Prepare staking and machine data based on models and drawing basis.
- Check foundation data and projected foundation
- Quality assurance of field work: geometric control of the project's tolerance requirements
Education and requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree, but preferred Master degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field to hold the position
- Knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficient in surveying software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
- Good computer skills and ability to follow developments
- Experience with Leica TPS is a plus
- Experience in using Gemini Terrain is a plus
- Experience in preparing FKB and NVDB. Is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant Norwegian regulations and standards is a plus
- Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus
