JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you the Sherlock we’re looking for? Because currently, we are looking for a talent researcher or a talent consultant to support our recruitment services. As a recruiter you play the role of a detective – tapping into all kind of niche expertise domains and talent pools while having access to wide networks, innovative tools and resources.
First, you take a deep-dive into the fantastic world of Life Sciences and Cleantech, fully grasping our customer’s story-to-tell. Next we set-up an out-of-the box strategy to find the right talent. Once you have spotted people with potential, you get in touch and engage with these candidates. You will build strong long-term relationships by in-depth interviews. You then present their skills and capabilities to our customers, after you have learned about the candidate’s aspirations and interests.
Some tasks detailed:
- Understand the customers’ needs, deep-dive in the world of Life Sciences and Cleantech to fully understand what they are looking for.
- You will help develop the right strategy to find the right niche talents.
- You will have the daily challenge to find and get in touch with people for medium and high-level positions in the Life Science and Cleantech sector in Benelux and abroad.
- It is your mission to connect candidates with roles, projects and opportunities which expand their comfort zones.
- As part of our highly motivated team, you will be a trusted support for our colleagues, candidates and for our customers.
- You will set up and implement the e-recruitment and (web-) marketing activities such as maintaining our website, job postings on different media and follow-up with efficacy scoring, social media stuffing, performing the necessary updates.
- You will organise and support our presence at congresses, symposia, booths and other activities.
- You will follow-up on our digital presence.
- You will follow up with candidates once placed, do evaluations, and plan the next step in their career.
- You stay updated about new topics in Life Sciences and Cleantech. Content matters to us.
- You will input and maintain our database, in compliance with the GDPR rules.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- You have a bachelor or a master in HR, recruitment, psychology, business or other organisational studies.
- Or you have a bachelor or a master in biomedical sciences, bio engineering, industrial engineering, lab technician, biochemistry, biotech, electrical engineering, sustainability or environmental studies, or other related fields.
- You are an analytical and resourceful individual with a passion for sciences or recruitment (one of both is great, both is even greater).
- You like to develop relationships, and you have the ability to understand the ambitions of our candidates. Strong empathy is a must.
- We appreciate people who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and who not only bring innovative ideas, but who also implement the projects up to the last chapter.
- You are professional; you can adapt to different kinds of environments.
- You have excellent writing and oral skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You think and act fast.
- You can multitask and cope with different kind of projects at one time.
- You co-think with your colleagues to take the best decisions in order to achieve the best results.
- Life Science or Cleantech background is a big plus.
