Main accountabilities/key tasks:
- Check and approve Commercial master data creation and/or change requests, in line with data quality standards and agreed governance
- Efficiently monitor tickets, prioritize and deal/dispatch to achieve fulfilment of KPIs (within data quality standards)
- Keep regular communication with all interested parties, ensuring that they know the status of pending requests and any related issues
- Run reports and queries to highlight data quality issues
- Provide information and knowledge to business. Act as first line support (point of information and escalation) for the business
- Understand different business areas and related data management needs
- Build and maintain good relationship with the business (e.g.: requestors, local data stewards, etc.)
- Ensure that the team member who acts as a backup to the role in the event of annual leave, sickness, etc. is fully trained with the necessary knowledge and skills to cover the role.
