We are currently seeking a talented and passionate GPT Prompt Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, a passion for understanding AI, and an interest in customer service solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a GPT Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI prompts for our CXWOW and CTRWOW software platforms. You will work closely with our software development and product teams to create engaging and effective AI personalities for customer service and to develop prompts for creative work.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to create AI prompts for CXWOW and CTRWOW software platforms
- Design and develop AI personalities for customer service virtual agents
- Develop and deliver prompts for creative copywriting and customer responses
- Build logic trees for AI-generated responses
- Work to lower AI costs by transitioning prompts to machine learning solutions
- Focus on efficiency to minimize costs associated with AI development and usage
- Maintain a creative mindset to develop innovative AI solutions
- Actively research and stay updated on the latest AI language model advancements and prompt technologies
- Report on innovations and breakthroughs in AI to inform company strategy
SKILLS:
- 2+ years of university or equivalent experience
- Superlative English skills
- Superlative analytic thinking
- Passion for understanding AI and its applications
- Strong understanding of GPT-based language models and prompt engineering techniques (or willingness to learn)
- Experience or interest in developing AI solutions for customer service and content creation
