We are looking for Fresh and Experienced Male/Female Call Center/Customer Service Representative. The Sales and Service is a department that works internationally on outbound sales calls. Working on strict deadlines, the individuals must be result oriented, highly motivated and have a flair for accepting challenges. You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer sale services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.
Job Description:
- Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines. Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands the product offering and as result purchases the correct product.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
- You must be proactive and work creatively to increase sales so that you meet and exceed targets.
- Basic Salary up to 35k

Minimum Requirements:
- An Intermediate/O Level/Graduate.
- Fluent in English.
- Fresh/Experience.
- Young, Energetic, Confident and Self-Motivated.
- Able to work at night timings.
- Location: Gulistan-e-johar Karachi
