FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

- Greet and welcome guests
- Be responsible for the switchboard and route calls as necessary
- Update and manage records
- Distribute mail & deliveries
- Handle financial services cases (applications, documents etc.)
- Invoice vehicles & monitor payments
- Prepare offers and sales contracts for customers
- BSc in Business Administration (preferable not required)
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
- English knowledge
- Εxperience with the MS Office Suite
