DOPASI Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Bahria Town Islamabad with operations throughout the country, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a District Coordinator for Faisalabad district.
Job Description:
- Ensure daily data collection from field officers and compile it.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to visit all health facilities in the district at least once per month and monitor the work of field officers.
- Coordinate with the district health authority (DTC and team) to plan screening camps.
- Collaborate with Field Officers and the DHA team to conduct screening camps.
- Coordinate with the District TB Center (DTC) to ensure that all eligible household contacts have started TB Preventive Treatment (TPT) at the relevant TBMU.
- Coordinate with the DTC to ensure that TB-positive household contacts have started Anti Tubercular Treatment (ATT) at the relevant TBMU.
- Compile data from Field Officers in the approved format and share it with the Project team as per the defined frequency (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree (B.A/B.Sc).
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience working with National/International NGOs, hospitals, or community-based programs, with basic knowledge of TB disease, its spread, and contact screening practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivation skills.
- Ability to plan ahead and think strategically.
- Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Must be a local resident of the district and have own transport (bike).
