Candidates must be in UAE and can join immediately.
- Partner with suppliers to develop up to date products to drive sales, increase margins, and expand market share.
- Shop competitors to ensure there is price competitiveness and identify assortment gaps.
- Develop and maintain product packages.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain category/product performance and product safety standards.
- Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- Schedule, prepare for, attend and\or lead team meetings as needed.
- Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Review contracts/agreements
Requirements:
- Associate degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
- 3-5+ years of related work experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to establish strong relationships to influence perceptions and manage change.
- Experience in Sports, Fitness or Entertainment is a must.
