Your Tasks
We are looking for a Rayon Manager Pharmacy for the Netherlands (South/West region and surrounding area). In this role you are responsible for managing and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals of your clients and for bringing the Pharmacy Sales Strategy to life in the field for Eucerin and Hansaplast.
In this job as Rayon Manager (Field Sales Representative), you will...
- Sell Eucerin and Hansaplast in pharmacies and stimulate resale to consumers, increase market share of Eucerin & Hansaplast within the Pharmacy channel by focusing on sell-out.
- Conduct relationship management in own region: Visiting pharmacies according to segmentation, answering questions from the pharmacies, solving any problems, reimbursing loyalty cards. Product and shelf advice/training.
- Improve the position of Eucerin and Hansaplast at pharmacies compared to competitors.
- Deploy and offer materials and information to stimulate sales.
- Training and information on products: encourage following offered evening and day trainings, online trainings & live webinars and per round explanation of products.
- Create more visibility in the pharmacy (store floor and window displays) through the placement of POS (POINT OF SALE) materials and second placement.
- Shelf check: Price tags, shelf conversion, products listed according to proper distribution priorities.
- Expand Distribution in Pharmacy.
- Distribution expansion at new pharmacies for both brands
- Distribution expansion at existing pharmacies for both brands
- Sales displays and products: Sell promotions quarterly, in-sell product innovations, and write individual Eucerin and Hansaplast orders to replenish the shelf as needed.
Your Profile
You will be the perfect match for this job if you…
- Have a Bachelor degree.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in comparable sales and/or commercial positions.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English. As this role will operate in the Dutch market, fluent Dutch language skills are an absolute must.
- Are strong in relationship management & problem-solving.
- Have an unstoppable commercial mind-set.
- Are hands-on, flexible and independent working.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Have affinity with derma cosmetics.
- Are pro-active, creative, and output-driven.
- Resident in the territory the Netherlands (South/West region and surrounding area).
- Are familiar with MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word...) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
