Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are looking for a HR Operations Working Student (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin. You will be working with us on HR operations topics for the two HR Operations Shared Service Centers in Berlin and Kuala Lumpur. Here are your other tasks:
preparation of newsletter, organization of various activities, team-buildings and others
Supporting us with the communication stream within the global HR projects
Supporting us on the enablement of various stakeholders
Supporting us in various projects within change management and culture development
Your profile and qualifications:
You are studying (Human Resources Management, Communications, Marketing or any relevant topic) and would like to work in the HR communication department in a fun and motivating environment
You are able to work individually as well as in a team
You are structured and eager to learn new things and take over projects and responsibilities
You are able to work in a international team with a variety of stakeholders and can communicate in English fluently, German skills are a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
Preferably you have gained some experiences with Design and Graphic Programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or others)
